It is good to look out for anything that seems to be a little suspicious. The right thing to do is contact the local law. This connects to me because I usually try to do the right thing and make sure things are going the way they are supposed to. This connects to the world because everyone in the world should be paying attention to their surroundings and looking out for anything that might be going wrong.
